These guys are unreal. Even if their is a crash mid transaction. They have your back. Never had faster service from an online chat.
I thought I’ve lost a transaction but patiently the Coinomi customer service helped me out EVEN THOUGH basically had only partially to do with Coinomi (my bad I didn’t know Coinomi isnt into WETH yet…but they will). So what can I say…I’ve been using this wallet for a while and even another time I messed with the wallet cos I’m a real beginner they helped me out anyway. Highly recommend both for the pretty easy interface and the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Everyday they do not show proof they are fixing the monero problem, they proof a scam is going on. 6 weeks ago they got a ticket, mainly because their exporting monero guide is not working, and still they did not respond.
And i will prophecy, they will only react now after this review, and also they will lie, that it is everything alright and its just because monero did something change in their system and they are on the update. I will also prophecy their privatekey export guide is working.
So far its all lies. Search for a different multicoin wallet! Its a disgrace!
