Do I need an appointment?
The short answer is: yes. We’re open 7 days a week, but knowing when to expect you means that we can make sure that someone is on hand to answer all of your questions, and we can even arrange for a specific vehicle to be available for a test drive.
Which documents do I need to bring with me?
- Your driving license
- Utility bill showing your current address dated within the last three months and a proof of signature
- Recent wage slips (if arranging finance)
- Documents for your previous car if you are exchanging
Will I be insured straight away?
In order to make sure that you can drive away in your newly purchased used car, there is a 5 days free Insurance available.

I was really happy with everything at Concept car credit! The guys around the dealership were sound, didn’t put a foot out of line. The Hyundai IX35 was looking real nice on arrival, it was so clean and so tidy! It was looking very presentable, I took one look and I knew I wanted it. I was pleased I was able to test drive the car, that’s when I 10000% knew I would be taking this car home! I was also shocked that there was no hard sell or any of them kind of tac tics but from start to finished these lads were lovely.
Concept Car Credit and staff really bent over backwards to accommodate me, a lot of credit to the dealership and the guy dealing with me I’m sorry that I cant remember the name but he was absolutely amazing.
