I joined them in 2019 and never had problems with their services. The only bad thing is that to change your email address you need to prove that the old will no longer be available and you need to send your own photo (selfie with ID in your hand). I think this is a silly procedure and it’s just a time-wasting process. I don’t think I will use their services anymore. I left my old e -mail.
This broker is very easy to deposit money without much verification and quite difficult to withdraw. A lot of verifications and restrictions will come when you withdraw your own money. Very poor customer support service. They will only say about rules and regulation, teams and conditions. Never help you when withdraw money especially. Never trade with this broker.
FBS used to be a great platform for me 2016 but now I’m struggling to withdraw my funds because I close my FNB account late 2016 and I wasn’t trading till this year early but now I’m using Capitec Bank. When I request my withdrawal I get rejected because they want the proof of my FNB account that I closed 5 years ago and at the bank they said they can’t help on that now my money is locked and I can’t access it.
It’s a LIE saying transferring is impossible in FBS. I transferred my profit many times. For example, I use FBS CopyTrade app because I have not enough trading experience yet and want to copy the decisions of professional investors. When they make profits from their investments, I also get profits and withdraw my profit right away. It’s easy and intuitive.
Referred to FBS Copy trade app. The most tricky app with absolute no transparency on the operations and results of the traders activity. Copying a trader doesn’t show the details of the activity of the trader. They show you only on which product the trader has moved. No way to verify which operation was successful and how much you have earned or lost. The result is that you always loose money. Think this should be reported to an international scam and fraud authority: econsumer.gov Complaint
FBS.com Is Totally Scam Broker They don’t pay you even a single peny and the level up bouns 140$ is scam I fulfill all the condition of FBS when I earn profit 62$ they rejected and close my account please stop making people foul and don’t waste their time big fraud guys

Its been 3and a half day since my payment is pending and instead of getting my withdrawal i am just getting time and date which is always wrong

even one star is too much for them be careful from those scammers trash company they will close your account in any time it,s very easy all what they have to say is ((no more services to your country and your account is closed and your money in our pocket ))
