I cannot exaggerate enough I have never been anywhere where the staff have been so polite and professional! Process of buying the car was so quick and everything I needed/wanted was taken care off no questions asked. The car itself (I chose a Nissan Juke) is wonderful, such a lovely car to drive. I have not had a single issue with the 3 Series that I bought from the boys at Greenlight Motors. I am more than pleased with the car, it drives beautifully well! I recently made my first purchase with the company Greenlight and I am very impressed. Everything went so smoothly and the Mercedes was delivered on time. The team members I dealt with on the phone were polite and the delivery drive was a good guy too. He went through a few things with me when the car was dropped off which was really helpful.
Being completely honest there were some hiccups along the way, nothing major and I did really apricate Greenlights help in getting them straightened out. I am really pleased with the Range Rover I bought, it is a lovely car! For me I would rate my experience four stars because no body is perfect.
Customer service at Greenlight is spot on! Buying my Focus is honestly the quickest thing I’ve ever done in my life! The whole process was handled so efficiently. I enquired about the car online and BOOM a couple of days later there it was in my driveway. I didn’t have to lift a finger. I am happy with the focus and have had no issues with it.
