Excellent customer service from Stuart and the team at Trade price Cars from start of the buying process to collecting the car. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere, wasn’t under pressure to buy there and then. All of my questions were answered and the car was prepped and ready to collect in a couple of weeks as Stuart had to buy a car in for as I wanted a particular model all hassle free.and I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process and would highly recommend them.
What can I say about Trade Price Cars other than brilliant. Me and my partner went in on a Monday to look at a car we liked, we sat down with Keith and discussed our options with giving our old car in. Trade price cars took care if everything, all we had to do was get a settlement quote for the finance on our car, a few bits of paperwork and send them over, the rest was taken care of and we were able to come back on the Friday and pick the new car up, they even gave our 2 year old daughter some chocolate to keep her happy, we would recommend this company to anyone and everyone and we will be using them again in the future, whether it be for a 7 seater (probably not) or a car each for us when the kids are older 😁. After shopping around for a used car, I came across Trade Price Cars. I read their reviews before I visited them, and they didn’t disappoint. When I arrived I was looking around the car I was interested in, and unlike other showrooms I wasn’t approached straight away and was given the time to have a good look at it. I met with Keith, who showed me around the car and allowed me to take it for a test drive. Keith was really friendly and just like the reviews said he wasn’t pushy at all. I needed a car pretty quickly and Keith went above and beyond to make the necessary arrangements for me to collect it the following day. He even text me on his day off to tell me who I needed to speak to when I went to collect the car. Their customer service is the best I have come across. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
Got my BMW yesterday, it’s gorgeous! The car came in excellent condition, beautiful inside and out with half a tank of diesel plus 2 years warranty!!!
