I bought a Mini One for my daughter and she is absolutely loving it! She hasn’t complained so far so all must be good! She loves the spec of the car and says its very easy to drive, which is everything you would want in a first car! I was really pleased with the customer service side of things, the salesmen were really kind and helped us out a lot with finding a car for cheap insurance and fuel! The team at Mount Vernon are amazing, I went there to purchase a Honda Jazz that I had seen. They were really thoughtful and courteous… they picked me up from the station so I didn’t have to walk, I was very grateful as it would’ve taken me just short of an hour to get there. I was offered tea/coffee and never once rushed or pushed into a sale. I took my time when looking over the car I gave it a good thorough viewing and the salesman was on hand with anything I had to ask. Zero pushiness I was guided through the process very well. Really good service provided by the team, the car I bought is currently in with them for an MOT and service as agreed when buying… I am sure it will pass with high flying colours I have no doubt! During the sale they said they would get this done for me but allowed me to take the car away as I needed it, so I booked it back in with them at a later more convenience date. I am really pleased that they stuck to their word and got this sorted for me. No complaints from me!

I visited Mount Vernon is July this year and bought a Mercedes C220. The car is perfect, not a single fault the pick with it. The purchasing process itself was a breeze and went through in good time. The salesman who I dealt with at Mount Vernon was a cracking bloke.
