Perfect customer service. I took myself down to My Car Choice and had a look around the Audi A3 that I had seen online, it was looking very clean, tidy and presentable! I fell I love with the car instantly and just wanted it to be mine. The gentleman that was dealing with me showed great professionalism, he was approachable and full of information. He was really really nice. We honestly had a very good experience at My Car Choice and based on that I would return in the future to purchase another car.
There is nothing I can really think of that the team could have done to improve my experience, the purchase went very well. I had a Skoda before I bought my Audi so it has been a bit of an adjustment but I am enjoy driving it.

I am lovingggg the new Audi A3, such a huge change as I came from a older Polo! It was quite the upgrade, it does drive very different but its very nice though, I must say! The Audi was was just as described, from the guy describing what it looked like compared to what looked like on my arrival, it look just the same, he certainly did not miss a beat! I found everyone to be very kind and very helpful. My sales advisor made sure I had full understanding of the sale before we went though with anything.
